A Community of Practice is a facilitated small group of UCC clergy. They are dedicated spaces for collaborative learning, reflection, and conversation about their ministries.
Groups covenant to meet monthly for 2 hours, for a year at a time, and covenant to nurture an environment of collegial trust, collaboration, and support.
