The last week of October, Rev. Rachael Pryor will join with 20+ Conference Ministers from across the UCC for a time of shared advocacy, witness, and truth-telling. We will gather under the theme, “Love Knows No Borders” and carry with us messages and stories from our congregations and members. Over the next few weeks, we will be asking our churches and members to share stories of how you are experiencing the impact of federal policies, and/or witnessing how these policies are impacting your neighbors. Rachael will bring these stories and voices with her to Washington D.C. and share them with policymakers directly.

We’ll also have more opportunities to participate through action alerts, postcards, and letters, in collaboration with our UCC office in Washington, D.C. The Conference Ministers’ week in D.C. will culminate with a public witness and prayer service on October 29th to boldly proclaim a message of love and justice. All are invited to join us in person or in spirit and more information is forthcoming.
