St Anthony’s Croatian Catholic Church
712 N Grand Avenue
Los Angeles, CA 90012

This year, we are holding our TENTH ANNIVERSARY Giants of Justice Breakfast!  TEN YEARS of recognizing the courage of the greatest of leaders who have demonstrated a thirst for justice.  Those present will be blessed by joining the larger community of justice-seekers within the faith, immigrant rights, and labor communities, a unique sacred space uniting three movements for change.  From Santa Monica to San Bernardino, from the ports to Pacoima, people of faith and those struggling for their rights will join in solidarity at the Tenth Anniversary Giants of Justice Breakfast.
We are honoring Dr. Jerry Campbell of Claremont School of Theology/Claremont Lincoln University; Vivian Rothstein, our 2013 Lifetime Achievement awardee and a longtime friend and ally at LAANE, Reverend Jerry Stinson, recently retired from years of service at the First Congregational Church of Long Beach and a champion of our living wage campaign there; and our 2013 Emerging Giant, Christian Torres, who was fired from Pomona College and continues to fight for good jobs and a sensible immigration system for himself and his fellow workers.
We are also honored to host keynote speaker Laphonza Butler, President of SEIU-ULTCW and a champion for our most vulnerable neighbors and the caregivers who nurture them and help them live with respect and dignity.
