Over the last several months clergy and lay leaders, alike, have expressed concern about the many new demands pastors and churches are experiencing. Nationally, we are learning about “the great resignation” and how stress and burnout are impacting the general

workforce (4 million workers resigned in April!).


Clergy and lay leaders are invited to join a conversation designed to help us better understand and start to address the changing needs of our clergy and churches
