Communications, Marketing and Office Manager

Position: Reporting to the Senior Minister and serving as primary contact with the church staff, members and visitors. The Communications, Marketing & Office Manager provides day-to-day support of church services and programs.  The position collaborates with staff and church leaders to develop strategies to manage website and social media related tasks, internal and external communications, marketing for weddings and other church programs, wedding bookings, and general administrative activities. Administrative duties include: answering phones, maintaining church calendar, publish weekly service bulletins, providing visitors with information about the church’s policies and availability, maintaining and filing church documentation and communications.

Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Marketing or comparable discipline desirable.  Three to five years work experience in applicable functions or settings, to include professional communications, web/social media and/or marketing. Years and relevance of work experience may be considered in lieu.
