The Romero Lecture Series
A Series on Faith and Praxis

Keynote Speaker: Leonardo Boff

Responder: Rosemary Radford Reuther

The Romero Lecture Series is the event through which we examine issues concerning the civic activism role of the church in the United States and in the world. We intentionally seek the most distinguished and prominent scholars, community leaders, community activists, ministers and educators to deliver the lectures. Our interest is in the areas of theology; environment; public health; immigration; workers rights; exploitation of women; children’s right; border’s faith and spirituality and culture and public ritual. Our event provides also the opportunity to raise awareness, promote justice and educate.
Our lecture series includes exhibits, awards, workshops, panel discussions, community building opportunities, immersion opportunities and a keynote address- all focused on faith and the praxis of justice as well as our response to the issues at hand.

Registration is $55 for April 29th and $75 for April 30th OR $100 for both if you register before April 26th.  Special pricing available for students.
