Church Administrator

Serves as chief financial officer of the church, monitors operating expenses, prepares administrative budgets, negotiates contracts with outside vendors and financial institutions. Also serves as chief human resource officer, responsible for compliance with stare and federal regulations. Previous experience in non-profit or for-profit financial management mandatory. Familiarity with California human resource regulations highly desirable.

Responsible for facility and systems operation and management. Oversees building maintenance and repairs, maintains communication systems and information management system of church, interfaces with outside agencies, and serves as emergency coordinator for the church. Candidates should have knowledge of and experience with building maintenance procedures and a background in information and communication systems coordination.

Sunday School Coordinator/Youth Group Leader

Position Summary: This position is open to someone within the UCC or DOC . Someone who demonstrates their own spiritual understanding and who has an overview of church life that is compatible with IUCC.
• Assisting with CE program on Sunday mornings.
• Planning Youth programs with CE Director.
• Using communication system to promote program.
• Preparing materials & implementing Youth program.
Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years experience in leading church youth
2. Clear background check
3. Good communicator of plans and expectations for Youth Groups, both written and verbal
4. Physically fit to lift up to 30 pounds.
