The Manhattan Beach Community Church, a UCC congregation serving the South Bay in Los Angeles County, seeks a full time Director or Minister of Christian Education to oversee, develop, supervise, and coordinate educational opportunities for all ages.
The ideal candidate will be an innovative educator who has skill in providing leadership for spiritual formation within an inclusive, progressive theological setting.
Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor degree in Education or related field OR
Master of Divinity degree with emphasis in Christian Education
Compensation package negotiable
Preferred start date May 1, 2012, possibly negotiable
